Making an Appointment

You do not need a referral from your doctor to see a psychologist. Simply contact us by telephone or by sending an email enquiry.

Our fees are significantly lower than the hourly rate recommended by the Australian Psychological Society. In certain circumstances we can offer a concession rate. Please contact us to ascertain our current fees.

Payment Options

We provide a treatment plan and outline the full investment and rebates available at the start of your treatment. To make life easier, we offer a direct debit facility to enable you to make payments by instalments. Other options can be made available.

Session Duration

Each session is 50 minutes.

Medicare Rebate

In 2006 the Federal Government introduced a Medicare rebate for psychological treatment. You will need to see your GP to discuss whether you are eligible for a GP Mental Health Care Plan (a psychiatrist or paediatrician can also refer under this scheme). If your doctor lodges a plan with Medicare you will be entitled to a rebate for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year. The rebates are currently $84.80 (for a registered psychologist) and $124.50 (for a clinical psychologist)

Cancellation Policy

We often have a waiting list for clients to see our psychologists and would like the opportunity to offer any available appointments to someone on this list. When less than 48 hours notice of a cancellation is given and we can not fill your appointment, or if you do not attend a scheduled session, a cancellation fee will be charged.
